Job Summary
Own preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all systems within the Operations Centre discipline.
Lead subject-matter experts and ensure adequate certified technical coverage.
Manage technical competency assessments and sign-off within the team.
Review and approve method statements SOPs and preventive-maintenance schedules.
Provide technical input to the Change Advisory Board for proposed changes affecting Operations Centre systems.
Ensure operational availability SLA performance maintenance completion and reduction of repeat incidents.
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering IT or a relevant technical discipline.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with relevant systems in a large enterprise or airport environment.
Certifications relevant to Desktop Support AV/Video-Wall Systems and Server/Application systems.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Strong technical understanding of desktop AV/video-wall server and application environments.
Strong OEM/vendor relationship and escalation-management skills.
Strong leadership mentoring problem-solving and technical decision-making capability.
