We are looking for a friendly hardworking and enthusiastic Hair Assistant to support our hairstylists in providing professional hair care services. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in hair styling good customer service skills and the willingness to learn and develop their skills in a salon environment.

• Assist hairstylists with haircuts hair coloring highlights blow-drying and styling services.

• Wash shampoo and condition clients’ hair before and after treatments.

• Prepare hair products tools and equipment required for salon services.

• Assist with hair treatments hair masks and other hair care procedures.

• Help with blow-drying sectioning and basic hair styling as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon workstations tools and equipment.

• Welcome clients and ensure they are comfortable during their salon visits.

• Support hairstylists during hair coloring chemical treatments and other salon procedures.

• Wash and sterilize tools and maintain proper storage of salon supplies.

• Assist with stock monitoring and inform the supervisor when hair products need replenishment.

• Follow salon hygiene standards and safety procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.

• Previous experience as a Hair Assistant or Salon Assistant is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of hair washing conditioning and hair care products.

• Interest in learning hair cutting coloring styling and treatment techniques.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.

• Good personal grooming and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced salon environment.

• Relevant hairdressing or beauty training is an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in a salon or spa environment are preferred.

• Freshers with a strong interest in hairdressing may also be considered.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
