Description

Government Relations Specialist

Provide essential support to the Director of Government Relations in managing various government-related tasks embassies associate relations and administrative functions. This position requires outstanding organizational skills meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of governmental processes and regulations.

Manage the allocated petty cash expenditure through maintaining original receipts and through timely preparation of expense reports. Process government transactions and organize visits to government agencies in an efficient and timely manner to minimize cost and avoid penalties and additional fees. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key and operational government offices including: Ministry of Interior Municipality Ministry of Economy and Commerce Ministry of Business and Trade and other Ministries and agencies in order to assist with the efficient processing and approval of requests and formalities. Work closely with HR and Administration teams to ensure the timely completion and execution of relevant government and administrative formalities.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelors Degree

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. Native Arabic skills is mandatory.

License: Driving licenses required
