General Manager Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Hospitality Operations Leader to oversee and drive the overall operational and financial performance of a luxury hospitality business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hotel background along with experience managing restaurants multi-outlet operations luxury hospitality venues or members' clubs.

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across hospitality outlets and services.
• Drive revenue growth profitability and overall business performance.
• Take ownership of P&L management budgeting cost control and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance high standards of service and guest experience.
• Lead mentor and develop operational teams.
• Identify opportunities for operational restructuring and process improvements.
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement commercial and growth strategies.
• Ensure smooth coordination across operations F&B service and support functions.

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong hotel operations background is mandatory.
• Experience in luxury hospitality high-end restaurants members' clubs or multi-outlet operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L budgets cost control and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience working in the GCC region is strongly preferred.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are mandatory.
• Commercially minded with a hands-on approach to operations.
