Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers with construction and maintenance activities.
- Load unload move and arrange tools materials and equipment.
- Prepare work areas and maintain cleanliness across the site.
- Perform digging lifting cleaning and other general manual tasks.
- Support masonry carpentry and other construction activities as instructed.
- Follow all safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or industrial projects preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work in different site conditions.
- Good teamwork discipline and reliability.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required Skills:
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift carry and move heavy materials; work in confined or elevated spaces. Experience: Previous experience in insulation work is an advantage but not always required for helper roles. Knowledge: Basic understanding of insulation materials tools and techniques (training is usually provided for helpers). Team Player: Willingness to work under supervision and assist skilled workers. Work Conditions: Comfortable working in cold environments outdoors or at heights. Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; basic understanding of workplace safety signs and labels.
