Job Summary
- Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service flow and consistent standards.
- Lead the floor during service providing handson support and maintaining warm attentive hospitality.
- Guide and motivate the service team to deliver genuine Italian dining experiences.
- Support menu knowledge upselling and guest engagement to enhance satisfaction and revenue.
- Manage reservations seating plans and guest requests with efficiency and care.
- Ensure product quality and presentation meet Italian culinary standards.
- Assist with training coaching and onboarding of new team members.
- Monitor inventory stock levels and daily checklists to support seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and operational policies.
- Act as a key point of contact between service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth communication.
Qualifications :
- Experience in restaurant service or supervisory roles preferably in Italian or premium dining.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a guestfirst mindset.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations service flow and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining culture is a strong advantage.
- Italian language proficiency is a plus.
- Organized detailoriented and confident in managing busy service periods.
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
