Food & Beverage Sales Coordinator

• Support the Sales Team with daily coordination followups and client communication.
• Prepare proposals contracts and event orders with accuracy and a strong sense of ownership.
• Manage F&B reservations for groups events and special dining requests.
• Handle inquiries and leads with quick warm and professional responses.
• Make promotional calls to highlight offers events and dining experiences.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing scheduling documentation and internal communication.
• Maintain updated records across client databases reports and booking systems.
• Coordinate with F&B and Operations to ensure seamless event and dining execution.
• Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance summaries and basic inputs for Oasys.
• Balance multiple priorities with confidence reservations admin work and sales support.

Qualifications :

• Experience in hospitality F&B sales coordination or administrative support.
• Strong communication skills in English and a naturally serviceoriented approach.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail especially when juggling multiple tasks.
• Confidence using MS Office; familiarity with PMS/CRM systems and Oasys payroll is a plus.
• A teamfocused mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
