Food & Beverage Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotels food and beverage outlets ensuring exceptional guest experiences high service standards operational efficiency and achievement of financial targets. The role leads and develops the F&B team while maintaining compliance with hotel policies brand standards and health and safety regulations.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets including restaurants bars lounges banquets and other dining facilities.
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality service presentation cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Lead motivate coach and develop F&B colleagues to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor departmental revenues costs budgets and profitability implementing corrective actions where required.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules ensuring appropriate staffing levels based on business demand and occupancy.
- Monitor guest feedback and promptly address complaints and service recovery opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene health and safety and company standards.
- Coordinate with the Culinary Front Office Housekeeping Engineering Sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular operational inspections and ensure that outlet standards and procedures are consistently maintained.
- Analyze operational and financial reports and provide recommendations to improve revenue productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular briefings and departmental meetings to communicate operational updates priorities and business objectives.
- Ensure all colleagues are appropriately trained and follow established service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of relevant Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel resort or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and F&B operations service standards cost control and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
- Guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of food safety hygiene and health & safety standards.
