Financial Advisor
Job Summary
The Financial Advisor will provide financial guidance and support to the CEO and management team. The role focuses on financial planning budgeting analysis compliance and ensuring the organization’s financial resources are utilized effectively to achieve organizational goals.
Advise the CEO on budgeting financial planning and investment decisions.
Review and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans.
Conduct financial and cost-benefit analyses for projects and initiatives.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Recommend improvements to financial policies procedures and systems.
Support the effective management and optimization of financial resources.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (minimum requirement).
Master’s Degree or PhD in Finance (preferred).
CPA CFA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Risk Management certifications (e.g. CRMP ISO 31000) are an added advantage.
Arabic-speaking candidates only.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Qatar within Government or Semi-Government organizations.
Candidates must have proven experience working exclusively with Government and/or Semi-Government entities.
Strong understanding of financial regulations compliance requirements budgeting and financial planning within the Qatar public sector environment.
