Job Summary
Technical Support: Diagnose mechanical and operational issues in pumps and rotating equipment during outages.
Commissioning: Conduct functional testing loop checks and recommissioning of equipment postmaintenance.
Compliance: Ensure all works adhere to QE standards OEM manuals and ISO/ASME codes.
Inspection: Perform site inspections verify alignment and validate equipment performance.
Documentation: Prepare technical reports inspection records and commissioning certificates.
Coordination: Work closely with project engineers technicians and HSE officers to align outage activities.
Training & Guidance: Mentor junior technicians and ensure adherence to best practices.
Safety: Enforce HSE compliance during all field activities.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 58 years field service experience with rotating equipment (pumps preferred).
OEM training certifications for pumps/rotating equipment (preferred).
Strong knowledge of QE standards ASME API and ISO codes.
