We are looking for an experienced and professional Female Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our salon and spa. The ideal candidate should have previous salon management or supervisory experience strong leadership skills and excellent customer service abilities. She will be responsible for supervising salon staff managing appointments ensuring service quality monitoring daily operations and maintaining high standards of hygiene and client satisfaction.

• Supervise the daily operations of the salon and spa to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Manage and coordinate the activities of hairstylists nail technicians beauty therapists massage therapists and reception staff.

• Prepare staff schedules manage attendance and coordinate shift rotations and leave.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

• Handle client complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.

• Monitor appointment bookings and coordinate with the front desk to minimize waiting times.

• Ensure the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness hygiene and sanitation.

• Monitor inventory salon products equipment and supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.

• Track daily sales service performance and staff productivity.

• Support the achievement of salon revenue targets by promoting services packages and retail products.

• Train and guide staff on service standards grooming customer handling and salon procedures.

• Ensure salon staff follow company policies operational procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain client records daily reports and other operational documentation.

• Coordinate with management regarding salon performance staffing requirements and operational improvements.

• Proven experience as a Salon Supervisor Salon Manager or Senior Beauty Professional in a salon or spa.

• Strong knowledge of salon services including hair nails facials and body treatments.

• Previous experience managing salon staff and daily operations.

• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service and complaint-handling abilities.

• Knowledge of appointment management inventory control and sales monitoring.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Female candidates with previous experience in a ladies' salon or spa are preferred.

• Experience in Qatar or the GCC salon and beauty industry is an advantage.

• Candidates with strong staff management client retention and sales development skills are preferred.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
