Job Summary

We are seeking Arabic Female Secretaries with strong administrative background and hands-on experience in Oracle systems. The ideal candidates will support senior management and project teams in a fast-paced multinational environment in Qatar.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to management and project teams
  • Handle scheduling meetings calendars and internal coordination
  • Prepare reports correspondence and official documentation
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Use Oracle systems for data entry documentation and administrative processing
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders
  • Manage travel arrangements appointments and office logistics
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and project information
  • Support HR/admin functions including document control and record keeping




Requirements

Requirements:

  • Arabic and English Proficiency
  • Minimum 3 years in secretarial / administrative roles
  • Strong experience working with Oracle system (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in large-scale projects in Qatar or multinational companies
  • Must hold valid Qatar Residence Permit (RP)
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Immediate availability required
