Position Name: Facility Maintenance Engineer

Job Objective:

To conduct efficient and effective general Facility maintenance activities of the company’s facilities including petrol stations operation plants (mainly Fire Alarm/ protection HVAC General civil MEP Elevators Smoke Ventilation system Pressurization system EAS Sliding doors and Road Barriers) by coordinating the efforts of facilities maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance activities troubleshooting on failures/ abnormal operation all facility maintenance equipment and provide resolution for any maintenance related actions monitoring the performance of relevant maintenance contractors providing technical support and training to subordinates and maintain appropriate records as per standards and requirements and are carried out promptly safely and cost effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or relevant)

Minimum Experience:

.

3-5 years of post-qualification relevant experience with at least 2 years in an Oil & Gas industry

Note: - Candidates with hands-on experience and strong technical knowledge of CCTV and Access Control Systems will be given preference for this position.
