Facilities Engineer – Electromechanical

The Facilities Engineer will support the operation and maintenance of electromechanical building systems ensuring maintenance activities are delivered effectively safely and in accordance with required technical standards.

• Coordinate preventive corrective and reactive maintenance activities.
• Monitor electrical mechanical ELV HVAC and associated electromechanical systems.
• Conduct technical inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical faults and recommend corrective solutions.
• Coordinate supervisors technicians and specialist contractors.
• Monitor system performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE and applicable technical standards.
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance recommendations.
• Support planning and supervision of technical teams.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years Facility Management experience.
• Experience with similar-sized projects within the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and ELV systems.
• Good knowledge of standards applicable within Qatar.
• Good understanding of Quality Management and QHSE requirements.
• Fluent in Arabic and English spoken and written.
• QCDD certification preferred.
• Grade B classification by Kahramaa / competent authority preferred.
