Estimator Quantity Surveyor

• Review tender documents drawings specifications BOQs and contractual requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and rate build-ups for Civil Infrastructure Structural O&M and MEP works.
• Prepare tender pricing commercial proposals clarifications qualifications exclusions and assumptions.
• Prepare post-award activities including valuations payment applications variations and final accounts.
• Good knowledge of the Qatar construction market and preferably Ashghal/Qatar contractual practices.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel estimation/QS software such as Candy/CCS or equivalent.
• Strong analytical negotiation communication and commercial skills with ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.
• Coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadline

Qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years in Construction Estimation / Quantity Surveying preferably with 5 years GCC/Qatar experience.
• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil/Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or equivalent.
