Role Summary
Hiring experienced Estimators for a reputed company in Qatar specializing in Architectural and Interior Fit-out projects. Candidates must have strong expertise in cost estimation tendering and bidding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate project cost estimations.
- Handle tendering and bidding processes.
- Analyze BOQs specifications and drawings.
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams.
- Prepare project budgets and estimation reports.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Architectural / Interior Fit-out Estimator.
- Experience in commercial and residential fit-out projects preferred.
Education
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
