The organization works in collaboration with leading academic and healthcare institutions in Qatar to support the development of healthcare services education research and innovation.

The Infrastructure and Operations Department is responsible for ensuring reliable resilient and highly available technology infrastructure that supports continuous healthcare and life-science research operations.

The department focuses on maintaining the stability continuity integrity security and availability of critical infrastructure and technology services. It also provides technical leadership in implementing and maintaining modern infrastructure solutions designed to meet demanding healthcare and research environments.

• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure and operational technology services.
• Ensure high availability reliability and continuity of critical infrastructure.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and identify potential issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service disruptions.
• Support the implementation maintenance and optimization of infrastructure technologies.
• Ensure infrastructure services meet organizational availability performance and security requirements.
• Participate in infrastructure improvement modernization and technology enhancement initiatives.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery requirements for critical systems.
• Maintain infrastructure integrity and ensure appropriate operational controls are in place.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams vendors and other stakeholders for infrastructure-related activities.
• Contribute to technology standards procedures documentation and operational best practices.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure resilience efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and applicable healthcare/technology standards.

• Strong infrastructure and IT operations knowledge.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with high availability requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring incident management and service continuity.
• Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery principles.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams vendors and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication documentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a highly structured and service-critical environment.

• Experience in healthcare life sciences large enterprise or other mission-critical environments will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting highly available and resilient IT infrastructure.
• Relevant technical certifications would be an advantage.
