Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)

• 410 years of relevant professional experience (depending on role and seniority)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

• Proven ability to manage projects prioritize tasks and work autonomously

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Professional proficiency in English (Arabic is an asset depending on the role)

• Strong alignment with HEC Paris values of excellence integrity and impact

• Experience in higher education executive education or professional services
