Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection maintenance troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and deck equipment.
- Maintain motors panels lighting systems generators cables and electrical controls.
- Support maintenance of winches cranes pumps and other electrically operated deck machinery.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules and manuals.
- Identify electrical faults replace defective components and test equipment after repair.
- Follow PTW LOTO electrical safety and marine HSE procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of Deck Electrician experience in marine projects.
- Experience on vessels barges shipyards ports or marine facilities.
- Good knowledge of marine electrical systems motors control panels generators and deck machinery.
- Able to troubleshoot electrical faults using test instruments.
- Familiar with preventive maintenance and safe isolation procedures.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant trade certification preferred.

Required Skills:
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift carry and move heavy materials; work in confined or elevated spaces. Experience: Previous experience in insulation work is an advantage but not always required for helper roles. Knowledge: Basic understanding of insulation materials tools and techniques (training is usually provided for helpers). Team Player: Willingness to work under supervision and assist skilled workers. Work Conditions: Comfortable working in cold environments outdoors or at heights. Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; basic understanding of workplace safety signs and labels.
