YOUR TASKS:
- Ensure all custom pre-alerts are declared to customs on time.
- Perform daily customs clearance tasks to meet operational standards.
- Cleanse and verify inbound shipment data per DHL and Qatar Customs regulations.
- Check duty exemption status and initiate clearance procedures.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on customs duty discrepancies.
- Handle customer queries related to customs duty charges and disputes.
- Upload accurate paperwork for dutiable shipments ensuring compliance.
- Raise and follow up on service tickets for system issues.
