Job Purpose
The CRM Agent will be responsible for managing customer interactions handling inquiries and providing high-quality customer support for the Automotive Division. The role requires excellent communication skills customer focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced shift-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Manage customer inquiries complaints and follow-ups related to automotive services and products
Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while adhering to company policies and service standards
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively
Meet assigned performance targets KPIs and quality standards
Provide consistent high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
Key Requirements
Language Skills: Arabic is mandatory due to a high volume of Arabic-speaking customers; excellent English communication skills are also required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in CRM call center or customer service roles (preferably within the automotive industry) is an added advantage
