Construction Manager (Airport)
Job Summary
Role Summary
Responsible for managing and overseeing all on-site construction activities associated with the delivery of an airport cargo terminal project ensuring works are completed safely on schedule within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor all site construction activities.
- Review and track the Main Contractors programme milestones and KPIs.
- Coordinate site logistics and construction interfaces with contractors and stakeholders.
- Support HSE and Quality teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee construction progress and resolve site-related issues and constraints.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and support project handover.
- Interface with airport authorities operators consultants and contractors.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports.
Experience
- Minimum 1015 years construction management experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience delivering airport cargo terminals logistics facilities or aviation infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills.
Qualifications :
Degree in civil engineering
