Construction Manager (Airport)

Role Summary
Responsible for managing and overseeing all on-site construction activities associated with the delivery of an airport cargo terminal project ensuring works are completed safely on schedule within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor all site construction activities.
• Review and track the Main Contractors programme milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate site logistics and construction interfaces with contractors and stakeholders.
• Support HSE and Quality teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee construction progress and resolve site-related issues and constraints.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and support project handover.
• Interface with airport authorities operators consultants and contractors.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports.

Experience

• Minimum 1015 years construction management experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience delivering airport cargo terminals logistics facilities or aviation infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills.

Qualifications :

Degree in civil engineering
