Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of CNC Machine Operator in Qatar. Our client is a reputed organization in the Shipbuilding / Heavy Fabrication sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently for shipbuilding and heavy fabrication requirements.
- Set up CNC machines according to job specifications drawings and machining requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings dimensions tolerances and machining instructions.
- Monitor machining operations and make appropriate machine adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Inspect completed components using appropriate precision measuring instruments.
- Perform routine machine checks and identify operating abnormalities or tooling issues.
- Maintain accurate production and machining records as required.
- Follow workplace safety quality and operational procedures in the fabrication environment.
- CNC Machine Operation Hands-on ability to operate CNC equipment accurately and safely.
- Machine Setup Knowledge of setting up machines workpieces and tooling for production.
- Engineering Drawing Interpretation Ability to understand dimensions tolerances and fabrication drawings.
- Precision Measurement Ability to verify machined components using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Heavy Fabrication Knowledge Familiarity with machining requirements in shipyards or heavy fabrication environments.
- Experience working on shipbuilding or offshore structure fabrication projects.
- Knowledge of CNC tooling machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with industrial safety and quality requirements in heavy fabrication facilities.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in shipyards or heavy fabrication industries. Experience involving CNC machining in shipbuilding offshore structures or similar heavy industrial fabrication environments is preferred.

Required Education:
