Civil Supervisor- Industrial

Location: Mesaieed Qatar
Contract Duration: 3 Months

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong industrial background to oversee and coordinate civil and structural activities at our project site in Mesaieed Qatar. The role is short-term (3 months) and requires immediate availability.

• Supervise and monitor all civil and structural works at the site to ensure compliance with drawings specifications and safety standards.

• Coordinate with contractors engineers and other site teams to ensure smooth execution of daily work activities.

• Inspect ongoing work and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and timely completion.

• Review and report progress identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure all site activities are performed in compliance with HSE standards.

• Manage site manpower and material requirements effectively.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil supervision within industrial or construction projects (oil & gas petrochemical or power sector preferred).

• Strong knowledge of civil and structural drawings and site coordination.

• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Available to join immediately and commit to the full 3-month contract.

• Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on project needs)

• Location: Mesaieed Qatar
