Job Summary
Operation & Monitoring: Operate and monitor central chiller plants including water-cooled and air-cooled chillers.
System Control: Adjust operating parameters monitor gauges meters and control panels to ensure optimal performance.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks lubrication and cleaning of chiller components.
Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose faults carry out minor repairs and escalate major issues to maintenance teams.
Safety Compliance: Follow HSE protocols refrigerant handling procedures and lockout-tagout systems.
Energy Efficiency: Monitor energy consumption and recommend measures to improve efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain daily logs operational records and maintenance reports.
Emergency Response: Respond to alarms system failures and ensure continuity of cooling operations.
Coordination: Work closely with HVAC engineers and facility managers to ensure smooth plant operations.
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
Minimum 35 years of experience in chiller operation and maintenance.
