Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across all business divisions; manage department heads and ensure target achievement
- Drive revenue growth and operational excellence; implement KPIs SOPs dashboards and accountability systems
- Lead the successful launch and operation of the new Business Center; build scalable systems for future expansion
- Improve customer experience and service quality across all touchpoints
- Coordinate closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives and organizational transformation
Requirements
- Strong commercial and revenue growth mindset; experience implementing KPIs SOPs ERP/CRM and performance management frameworks
- Background in business services consultancy hospitality business centers real estate or professional services is an advantage
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic is a strong advantage
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability high integrity and an entrepreneurial mindset
Required Skills:
