The Role
The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead the groups overall human capital strategy aligning people initiatives with the organisations long-term business objectives. The role will oversee all HR functions including organisational development talent acquisition performance management compensation and benefits learning and development employee engagement succession planning and HR operations.
Working closely with the Group CEO and executive leadership team the CHRO will drive organisational effectiveness develop leadership capabilities and ensure the business attracts develops and retains top talent. The role will also lead HR transformation initiatives modernise policies and systems strengthen governance and compliance and foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement across all business units.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess significant executive-level HR leadership experience within large diversified organisations or complex multi-business environments. Proven expertise in developing and executing enterprise-wide people strategies organisational transformation talent management and leadership development is essential. Experience operating within the GCC preferably Qatar is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence executive decision-making while building a high-performing organisational culture. A strategic mindset executive presence and the ability to lead change at scale are critical for success in this role.
