We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented - Business Development Representative ( BDR) to drive market expansion and revenue growth in Qatar. This role is critical to strengthening our organizational capabilities by rebuilding management resources optimizing operational costs and implementing strategies that generate sustainable revenue streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our B2B and HoReCa (Hotels Restaurants & Cafes) portfolio enhancing retail visibility and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to penetrate the HoReCa catering bakery and industrial food sectors securing high-value accounts and strengthening market presence.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute structured sales strategies to maximize profitability upsell existing accounts and introduce new product lines.
- Management Resource Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to rebuild and optimize management systems ensuring efficient resource allocation and improved organizational performance.
- Cost Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies propose cost-reduction measures and implement lean practices across sales and distribution channels.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Establish and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calls site visits and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Account Management: Build and sustain long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction loyalty and repeat business.
- Value Proposition Communication: Articulate the company’s competitive advantages including natural ingredients compliance with MOPH/HACCP standards local manufacturing agility and flexible bulk packaging.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities pricing trends and industry developments to provide actionable insights to management.
- Sales Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely reports on sales performance pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of proven business development or sales experience within the F&B/FMCG manufacturing sector in Qatar. Established network in HoReCa and catering industries preferred.
Product Knowledge: Experience with sesame-based products (tahini/halva) baking ingredients or bulk commodities is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly desirable for local market engagement.
Logistics: Valid Qatar Driving License and personal vehicle preferred.
