Role Summary
The Business Data Analyst analyses documents and governs conceptual data models and Information Objects across enterprise systems maintaining the enterprise semantic standard within ServiceNow EA.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse conceptual data models across enterprise systems.
- Document and manage Information Objects within ServiceNow EA.
- Maintain the Information Object glossary and conceptual data model.
- Ensure consistent use of Information Objects across governance architecture and solution design.
- Collaborate with architects business analysts and data governance teams to align enterprise semantic standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis enterprise architecture support or data management.
Preferred / Advantageous
- Hands-on ServiceNow EA experience (strongly preferred).
- Investment management or financial services exposure.
