Business Analyst Banking domain is Must

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings workshops and interviews
• Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories and process flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and success criteria
• Work with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
• Create documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
• Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outcomes
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field
• Strong understanding of Banking business processes and system workflows
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence or similar
