Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to develop manage and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all channels. The role involves planning and executing brand strategies marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent brand messaging to drive awareness engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals
Manage brand positioning identity and guidelines across all platforms
Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns (online & offline)
Monitor brand performance market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with sales design digital and external agencies
Manage product launches campaigns and brand activations
Ensure consistency in communication packaging advertising and visual identity
Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports
Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of branding marketing and consumer behavior
Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills
Experience in digital marketing and social media branding
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience in retail / luxury / FMCG sector
Knowledge of GCC or Middle East market
Agency coordination and vendor management experience
