Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- 7 years in FM in the Gulf
- 3 years on projects involving integrated smart systems
Specialized Skills:
- Advanced skills in BMS troubleshooting and integration across subsystems
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) performance
- Analyze data trends to optimize energy and system efficiency
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and apply timely fixes
- Support integration of HVAC lighting security and fire systems
- Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
