Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Develop manage and coordinate BIM models for construction projects.
Prepare and review 3D models shop drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate architectural structural and MEP models and identify clashes using BIM software.
Conduct clash detection and coordinate with relevant engineering teams for resolution.
Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements standards and BIM execution plans.
Support the project team with quantity extraction model updates and construction coordination.
Coordinate with consultants contractors subcontractors and site teams.
Maintain BIM documentation and ensure proper version control of models and drawings.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Architectural MEP Engineering or related field.
Minimum 58 years of experience as a BIM Engineer/Coordinator in construction projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and other relevant BIM tools.
Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.
Knowledge of BIM standards workflows and construction drawings.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
