Job Summary
- Technical Diploma or Higher Secondary Education from a recognized college/institution.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a Steel Making Plant and Continuous Casting Process operations in the same or similar job profile mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of Continuous Casting Machines (CCM) billet handling systems cooling beds transfer cars TCM/cutting systems and associated equipment.
- Good understanding of steel-making processes plant/process specifications operating parameters process calculations and billet quality requirements.
- Experience operating control desks and HMI systems along with basic computer and mathematical skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with good written and spoken English and the ability to work safely under pressure in environments involving heat dust heights and gases.
