Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join at a luxury 5-star hotel in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology excellent customer service skills and a friendly and outgoing personality. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests according to their preferences and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking and restocking supplies
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing excellent customer service
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Create and recommend new and innovative drink recipes
- Handle cash and credit transactions ensuring accuracy and following company procedures
- Adhere to all alcohol serving and safety regulations
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events promotions and specials
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English is required knowledge of other languages is a plus
