Job Summary
- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee tea and other hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Operate coffee machines grinders blenders and other beverage preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain consistent beverage quality portioning and presentation standards.
- Clean and sanitize coffee machines equipment counters utensils and work areas regularly.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans milk syrups cups and other supplies and assist with replenishment.
- Follow food safety hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Provide friendly professional and efficient customer service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels cafés or established F&B outlets.
- Good knowledge of espresso-based coffee tea and other hot and cold beverage preparation.
- Experience operating coffee machines grinders and other beverage equipment.
- Good knowledge of beverage presentation equipment cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with good spoken English.
- Good grooming personal hygiene and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid Qatar ID.
- Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate.
