## Job Purpose
The Analyst – Workforce Planning supports the Workforce Planning and Organization Design function by maintaining workforce planning systems analyzing workforce data developing reports and forecasts and ensuring data integrity across organizational structures. The role provides analytical insights that enable informed workforce decisions optimize resource allocation and support the achievement of organizational strategic objectives.

## Key Responsibilities
### Workforce Planning & Analytics
* Support the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives across the organization. * Collect compile analyze benchmark and evaluate workforce data to support strategic workforce decisions. * Develop workforce forecasts staffing models and workforce planning reports to identify trends risks and opportunities. * Analyze workforce movements vacancies demographics succession data and organizational metrics. * Support workforce demand and supply planning activities through data-driven insights and recommendations. * Review workforce requests and resource requirements assessing business impact as directed.
### Workforce Systems & Data Management
* Maintain and continuously improve workforce planning databases systems analytics tools and reporting structures. * Ensure workforce planning systems are updated accurate and capable of delivering timely and reliable reports. * Audit and maintain organizational position job and workforce-related data to ensure accuracy and integrity. * Establish and maintain data governance frameworks classifications coding structures and documentation standards. * Conduct regular data quality reviews and recommend corrective actions where required. * Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen workforce data integrity and reporting effectiveness.
### Reporting & Decision Support
* Generate regular and ad hoc workforce reports for management and stakeholders. * Prepare workforce dashboards scorecards and performance indicators. * Identify workforce trends and provide meaningful analysis to support organizational planning and decision-making. * Present workforce data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
### Stakeholder Collaboration
* Collaborate with Human Resources functions including Talent Acquisition Learning & Development and Organization Development. * Liaise with departmental leaders and stakeholders to obtain workforce-related information and validate workforce plans. * Support cross-functional projects related to workforce planning organizational design and workforce optimization.
### Compliance & Governance
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and data governance standards. * Maintain confidentiality of workforce and employee information. * Adhere to organizational Code of Conduct Conflict of Interest policies and organizational values.

## Qualifications
### Education
* Bachelor’s Degree in:
* Business Administration * Statistics * Information Technology * Finance * Economics * Data Analytics * Mathematics * Other quantitative or analytical disciplines
### Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Workforce Planning Workforce Analytics HR Analytics Organizational Development or related analytical functions within a large organization. * Experience within healthcare academic medical centers or complex service organizations is preferred.
