Job Summary
- Role Summary:Experienced Advanced NDT Technician responsible for performing non-destructive testing activities including ultrasonic testing and advanced methods like PAUT and TOFD in oil & gas facilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform UT PAUT and TOFD inspections
- Conduct in-service inspection of pipelines and equipment
- Interpret test results and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams
- Perform UT PAUT and TOFD inspections
- Required Skills:
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
- Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD)
- Oil & Gas inspection experience
- Report preparation
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Preferred Skills:
- In-service inspection expertise
- Knowledge of international NDT standards
- Strong analytical skills
- In-service inspection expertise
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas sector
- Hands-on experience in advanced NDT methods
- Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas sector
- Education:
- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- PCN / CSWIP Level II Certification (UT PAUT & TOFD mandatory)
- Engineering Degree or Diploma
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
