Specialist Quality Complaints

We are seeking a Specialist Quality Complaints. The primary responsibilities include:

Supporting the product complaint system through:

• leading and managing product complaint investigations
• performing data analysis and trending of complaint information to detect signals proactively and take appropriate actions on time.

Qualifications :

• Education in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
  Doctorate or Masters 2 years of directly related experience or
  Bachelors 4 years of directly related experience OR
  Associates 8 years of directly related experience OR
  High school/GED 10 years of directly related experience
• Experience in project management.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and determining corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Strong quality mindset and deep knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence tools including ChatGPT.
