We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Remote Itinerary Creator to support clients by coordinating itinerary service requests maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry through completion. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization communication and providing exceptional customer support in a virtual environment.

The successful candidate will communicate with clients to understand their needs research available service options coordinate scheduling and confirmations maintain documentation and provide timely updates throughout the process.
