Industrial Mechanic

The Industrial Technician will perform basic tasks associated with the installation maintenance and repairs of manufacturing and packaging equipment. Availability to work in North Carolina.

• Able to identify locates and diagnoses failure replaces defective components and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment detailed drawings diagrams sketches specifications prints manuals and verbal and/or written instructions.
• Maintain accurate records always keeping equipment and systems cGMP compliant.
• Uses a variety of hand power and test tools and equipment.
• Performs routine general maintenance tasks as designated by supervisor to include any or all the following areas: process (formulation tanks and filler machines) and packaging equipment utility equipment; HVAC; Purified water among others.
• Coordinates and executes maintenance on critical systems/equipment with supervisor.
• Performs multi-shift work as required.
• Maintain a safe work environment; work in a safe manner following all safety SOPs and wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Able to check and respond to troubleshooting activities for Equipment Monitoring & Building Management Systems alerts and alarms.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are completed on time while adhering to operational standards.
• Availability to work in North Carolina.

Qualifications :

• Industrial Mechanic Certification Instrumentation Engineering or related.
• Proficiency skills: automation PLC
• At least 3 years of experience with manufacturing and/or laboratory equipment/machines.
• Availability to work any shift (24/5)
• Bilingual-English and Spanish
• Availability to work in North Carolina.
