Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflow to improve production efficiency and resource utilization
- Develop and optimize manufacturing line layouts using tools such as AutoCAD
- Conduct capacity analysis throughput evaluation and bottleneck identification to improve production performance
- Perform cost control cost reduction and inventory control studies
- Develop and implement process improvements and operational changes based on data analysis
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and waste elimination projects
- Assist in developing production record systems and performance tracking metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist Facilities Engineering in planning and design of production areas and layouts
- Support implementation of safety practices and may assist in training personnel on production processes
- Ensure compliance with company procedures quality systems and regulatory standards

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering
- 13 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering (internships/co-ops acceptable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Required Skills (Top 3 Priority)
- Manufacturing line layout design (AutoCAD)
- Capacity throughput and bottleneck analysis
- Lean Manufacturing and waste elimination
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD or similar layout/design software
- Data analysis and process optimization
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Production planning and workflow analysis
- Microsoft Excel or equivalent tools for data analysis
*Willing to work 100% On-Site in Juncos weekends and other shifts when needed.*
