Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in San Juan. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records preparing and analyzing financial statements completing tax filings reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are critical to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles financial reporting and tax preparation
• Experience with accounts reconciliation budgeting and expense tracking
• Competence in using accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks or Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance requirements is an advantage
• Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred
