Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Talent Acquisition Operations Manager in Krakow on a fixed-term base (3-9 months).  In this role you will assist with various recruitment tasks and help us attract the best talent for our offices across Europe. With a primary focus on scheduling and facilitating interviews youll ensure our candidates have a positive and lasting impression of zooplus.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule both onsite and virtual interviews ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates hiring teams and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal partners delivering a high level of service and responsiveness throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring accuracy completeness and data integrity.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team including tasks such as documentation maintenance employer branding activities and shared mailbox management.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a university program ideally in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a positive solution-oriented attitude.
