Job Description

We are seeking engineers to join our Windows Platform Team. To be clear: this is not a day-to-day IT support or traditional sysadmin role. Instead of manual administration or resetting passwords your focus will be on building robust automation. You will develop the tools that deploy and manage Windows and Active Directory at a massive scale in mission-critical communication systems.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Developing and maintaining software solutions for the automated installation and configuration of Windows Server and Client Operating Systems.

• Designing and implementing automated solutions to manage complex Active Directory environments for critical communication networks.

• Writing clean scalable scripts to enable efficient hands-off system management.

• Collaborating in an agile global environment to make infrastructure deployment effortless secure and reliable.

Basic Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• Administration deployment and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows OS (Server and Client) and Active Directory in an enterprise environment.

• A grasp of programming/scripting concepts (e.g. variables control structures loops error handling). If you know these concepts in any language (Python Bash C# etc.) we will help you master PowerShell!

Bonus Points If You Have

• Modern Development Tools: Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and Agile processes. (Dont worry if you arent an expert yetthese are core to our workflow and youll get plenty of hands-on experience learning them here).

• Networking & Security: An understanding of TCP/IP networking and TLS/PKI concepts.
