As a Visual Merchandising Specialist you will ensure a consistent and premium HUGO BOSS brand presentation across shop-in-shops in Eastern Europe. You will support visual merchandising execution train retail partners coordinate shop openings and implement seasonal VM concepts in line with company standards.
This role is based in Warsaw but requires frequent travel across Eastern European countries and the ability to work independently while building strong relationships with customers and supporting business growth across the region.

- Shop-in-Shop Support: Independently plan and provide CI-conform support for shop-in-shops within an assigned area in Eastern Europe including thorough reporting to relevant interfaces.
- VM Standards Optimization: Continuously optimize Visual Merchandising standards in line with HUGO BOSS guidelines key figures order overviews EOSP and customer-specific actions.
- POS Support and Training: Support and verify VM implementations at the point of sale (POS) providing feedback and training for customers to ensure high standards.
- Showroom Preparation: Prepare showrooms for the sales season including inspiring collection setups and mannequin styling.
- Shop Openings: Plan coordinate and implement shop openings independently including follow-up tasks such as creating opening reports and updating customer lists and seasonal plans.
- Standards Implementation: Implement and maintain HUGO BOSS standards while considering customer-specific conditions.
- Business Trip Planning: Plan business trips to respective countries independently and economically efficiently.
- Professional experience in visual merchandising or a comparable position.
- Good level of English; additional German or Eastern European languages would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills confident appearance and a good sense of fashion and trends.
- High willingness to travel with excellent time and self-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a hands-on approach.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Teams MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
