As our Front Office organization continues to grow we are seeking a Value Team Manager to lead and develop an effective team within our SimCorp One Value Stream
This is a key leadership role combiningpeoplemanagement delivery leadership and functionalexpertise. You will be responsible for supporting a team of consultants and specialists ensuring effective execution of initiatives promoting continuous improvement and helping evolve our ways of working within a modern Value Stream operating model
Working closely with Product Management Engineering and business stakeholders you will ensure your team delivers high-quality outcomes while building collaboration engagement and professional growth
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people managing execution through Value Stream Management and DevOps practices and bringing strong Front Office or investment management domain expertise to support business success
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead coach mentor and develop a team of Front Officesolution consultants and engineers.
- Develop a high-performance culture focused on collaboration accountability and continuous learning
- Support resource planning workload management and career development conversations.
- Create an engaging team environment that promotes employee growth and retention.
Delivery & Value Stream Leadership
- Use Value Stream and DevOps methodologies to drive solution development and client onboarding with success
- Continuously improve team processes workflows and operating practices.
- Monitor priorities capacity risks and dependencies to ensure effective execution.
- Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges and help remove obstacles affecting team performance.
Functional & Business Expertise
- Provide leadership and guidance oninvestmentmanagementbusinessprocessesand workflows.
- Partner with Product Managers Architects and Engineering teams to align business goals with delivery outcomes.
- Leverage domainexpertiseto support decision-making prioritization and operational excellence.
- Help ensure solutions meet client and business expectations whilemaintainingquality standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships across Product Engineering Operations and Management teams.
- Communicate progress risks and strategic priorities to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive improvements across teams and support organization-wide initiatives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a people management capacity
- Experience managing delivery within Agile DevOps Product Project or Value Stream environments.
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience balancingpeopleleadership delivery oversight and operational priorities.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement scalable ways of working.
Preferred Technical & Domain Expertise
- Experience within Investment Management Capital Markets Asset Management Banking Trading or Financial Technology environments.
- Understanding offront office performance risk andvaluationbusiness processes and operating models.
- Experience working with Agile frameworks Azure DevOps Value Stream Management Scrum Kanban or similar methodologies.
- Familiarity with delivery planning capacity management and project execution.
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension
- Candidates with solid Front Office expertise and transferable Agile/DevOps leadership experience are encouraged to apply
