- Lead daytoday HR operations ensuring consistent efficient service delivery.
- Partner with Finance GBS and functional leaders on workforce planning talent strategies and organizational needs.
- Advise managers on employee relations including performance issues conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor feedback to improve retention and workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management and support leaders with goal setting reviews and development talent development and training programs to build capability and leadership pipelines.
- Support organizational changes and restructuring projects in line with legal and company requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Polish labour law company policies and HR controls.
- 57 years of HR experience including country-level responsibility or similar scope.
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR practices.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a matrix global environment.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations cases and influence management decisions.
- Strong communication problem-solving and project management certification (e.g. SHRM-CP CIPD) and experience in Finance or GBS environments are a plus.
