Transfer Pricing Senior Specialist

For our central Transfer Pricing Team we are looking for open-minded ambitious and experienced TP Senior Specialist who will support and contribute to our key TP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation including Local Files Master Files and benchmarking studies.
• Support the development implementation and maintenance of SGS transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models.
• Draft and manage intercompany agreements in cooperation with Legal Finance and business stakeholders.
• Provide transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams helping to address complex business and tax matters.
• Support transfer pricing audits APAs MAPs and other tax controversy projects.
• Participate in M&A business integration and process improvement initiatives including the implementation of transfer pricing technologies.

Qualifications :

This role is ideal if you have:

• 3 years of professional experience in transfer pricing preferably within a multinational environment.
• University degree in Economics Finance Accounting Tax Law or a similar discipline.
• Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principles.
• Experience in preparing or reviewing Local Files Master Files benchmarking studies and intercompany agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience working with transfer pricing databases and research tools (e.g. Moodys Bureau van Dijk RoyaltyStat or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data-driven working methods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Proactive solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a global environment.
