A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Mapping local government units (LGUs) ready to implement Medtronic health programs including initiatives encompassing broadly defined diabetes prevention.
• Analysing the needs and readiness of LGUs to implement local health projects including assessing resources infrastructure and organizational capacity.
• Identifying potential local partners (hospitals clinics patient organizations universities public institutions) who can support the implementation of health programs.
• Building and developing collaboration networks in the regions strengthening relationships with stakeholders and creating conditions for implementing joint initiatives.
• Expanding the potential for implementing local projects through active coalition building initiating meetings and supporting local governments in developing project concepts.
• Supporting implementation processes by coordinating local activities conducting presentations and participating in consultations with public entities.
• Reporting on activity results preparing analyses and strategic recommendations for the development of healthcare programs in Poland.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in collaborating with local government units public institutions or the healthcare sector.
• Higher education preferably in public health health economics management public policy health analytics or a related field.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to map the organizational potential of local government units.
• Ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Polish healthcare system and the principles of developing healthcare programs.
• Independent proactive and results oriented.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A category B driving license and willingness to work in the field.
